Apartments and Dental Clinic
About the project:
This mixed-use building has two dental offices on the main floor and three apartments and a small office on the second floor. The total square footage totals 7,800 square feet.
DYKEMAN provided planning and design of the site development, SEPA submittal and all necessary site approvals. We also provided programming and design for the building, apartments and tenant improvements for the Owner of the dental clinic.
We also facilitated with the selection of a General Contractor for a Negotiated Construction Contract for a guaranteed maximum cost and the coordination of the Design/Build Mechanical and Electrical work. We worked closely with the General Contractor through the completion of the Contract Documents to keep the project costs within the approved project budget.
