Holy Rosary Parish
About the project:
DYKEMAN'S work for this Parish began with a big-picture, long-term view. This campus includes the church building, K-8 school, administrative offices and rectory.
An extensive study was conducted to analyze and document the anticipated needs of the parishioners. A comprehensive Master Plan was developed that outlined the needs, objectives, and priorities of the Parish.
When the Master Plan was completed, DYKEMAN offered the unique service of assisting Holy Rosary with their capital campaign and fund-raising effort. Money was raised to continue the project and Phase One was designed and built.
This phase included the remodel and modernization of the existing school facility, an administration addition, and a classroom addition. Construction of the first phase was completed during the three-month student and faculty summer break.
