James Monroe Elementary School
About the project:
James Monroe Elementary School is a new 2-story, 68,000 square foot building that will replace an existing 8-building campus facility. The new building will serve approximately 600 students in grades K-5. This project will focus on the needs of students in today’s society and in the future, including flexible spaces, community use and technology. The project is funded by a bond approved by the voters in 2006 and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2011.
