Mukilteo Town Square
About the project:
Totaling nine buildings and over 66,000 SF, this new boutique shopping center is designed to provide a stylish destination for the Harbour Point neighborhood of Mukilteo. Strategically situated along the busy SR-525, the one- and two-story buildings are positioned for maximum visibility by the motorist, but also creating several plazas and courtyards to appeal to patrons as they exit their vehicles. In addition to full design services, DYKEMAN assisted in creating a binding development agreement between the client and the City of Mukilteo.
