Pickering Place Retail Center
About the project:
The vibrant Pickering Place retail center is on part of the historic Pickering Farm site. Working with Schroeder Properties, DYKEMAN designed the center. Throughout the course of the project DYKEMAN performed extraordinary services for the developer and broker. There were a series of tenant changes during and after construction. The architects were able to assist in the lease-up services by providing revised feasibility and design studies necessary to attract and accommodate potential tenants. Facade changes and tenant improvements were designed and built in record time resulting in significant revenue gains for the developer.
