Darek is a thoughtful strategist and purposeful planner. He has worked on a wide range of project types that include planning, feasibility studies, new construction, remodels and tenant improvement projects that span all forms of construction. This mix of projects and construction types has given Darek a great deal of insight into how different construction materials work together. This insight, in combination with his long history of working with general contractors on many design/build projects, has equipped him with invaluable experience and collaboration skills that benefit every project. Darek listens carefully to the client’s vision and transforms it into reality. He is a gifted facilitator and encourages open dialogue throughout the design process.

Away from work, Darek is a history buff who loves reading historical fiction and studying his local roots. He enjoys following NASCAR and is a loyal Mariner fan.
