Sam is a determined observer and purposeful thinker. As an experienced architectural intern, he is involved in design, drafting and 3D modeling/rendering. Sam is a vital team contributor with a mind for aesthetics and problem solving. He has worked on a wide range of projects from Pacific Northwest mixed use projects, multiple family housing, urban condos, and residential developments to high rises and master plans in cities across China.

Sam is also a worldwide traveler and self-proclaimed “building watcher”.
