Snohomish Station is Coming to Life
March 2008
The center is anchored by Fred Meyer, Kohl’s and Home Depot and includes nearly 448,000 square feet of retail space along the east side of Bickford Avenue in northwest Snohomish. Snohomish Station is becoming a positive addition to this unique area. Fred Meyer Stores celebrated their grand opening on March 5th; Kohl's will celebrate their grand opening on April 6 and Home Depot will celebrate their grand opening on May 7. Snohomish Station, being developed by Bellevue-based Wakefield Properties, is one of the single-largest projects in the history of the City of Snohomish. In addition to providing three new "big-box" retail stores for residents in the Snohomish / east Everett market area, smaller retail spaces have been constructed in a lifestyle village area at the center of the development and these will be leased out to retail shops, restaurants and  personal service tenants including Famous Footwear, Starbucks Coffee, Great Clips, Desert Sun, Robecks, and Bridges Pets.

DYKEMAN Celebrates 40 Years!
May 2007
DYKEMAN celebrates its 40th anniversary this year. In 1967 two architects, Dave Dykeman and Chuck Ogden, teamed and formed the firm. Today, we still embody the same ideals that Dave and Chuck did 40 years ago.... communication, creativity and commitment. We owe our success to these ideals. They have
never failed us... our clients continue to come back to us and refer other clients to us. We may look different on the outside, but our values, beliefs and ideals remain unchanged.

We would like to say thank you to our clients, consultants, vendors, employees, families and friends for allowing us to serve you for 40 remarkable years!

DYKEMAN Sponsors Everett Public Schools Foundation
March 2007

DYKEMAN supported our local community in strengthening academic achievement in the Everett Public Schools. Our firm sponsored the Everett Public Schools Foundation thirteenth annual Benefit Breakfast on March 22, 2007. Together, during the fiscal year 2005-2006, we helped 32 young students toward a strong start in school with All Day Kindergarten tuition and 130 students who received tuition for summer school and on-line classes. Together we funded 40 classroom grants that had an impact on 7,000 students, teachers and families. And, together we provided over $30,000 in scholarships for higher education.
