This 15-story mixed-use development contains 15,000 square feet of retail and grocery, 40,000 square feet of medical office space, and 220 market rate apartments with 270 parking stalls.

DYKEMAN worked in collaboration with GGLO on the design development and was responsible for construction documents.

The project will be completed Summer of 2007.

M Street has a clubhouse, exercise facility and roof garden.
