After this major renovation, citizens find it much easier to reach and deal with their city agents. Rearranging offices has benefited the City; workflow patterns are improved, and amenities such as conference rooms and spacious public areas were added.
This project proves the value of studying users' needs, work processes, and future growth possibilities. DYKEMAN used this basic research, when allocating areas, rearranging offices, and providing for future expansion.
Our work did not stop inside the building. On the exterior, the front door was emphasized, and major investments were made to extend the building's useful life. |
