Repairs & Seismic Upgrades

This existing church is comprised of three buildings. The original church with two floorsand a tower was built around 1910 with brick masonry walls. Phase I primarily focused on a complete building survey, critical repairs to the structural, electrical and  mechanical systems as well as new roofing. Phase II involves investigations andupgrades to the original 1910 building seismic deficiencies, roof and minor interiorimprovements.

Dykeman worked with the Church Properties Committee making recommendations and providing costs to present to the Church’s governing body.
