First Presbyterian Church
Repairs & Seismic Upgrades
This existing church is comprised of three buildings. The original church with two floors and a tower was built around 1910 with brick masonry walls. Phase I primarily focused on a complete building survey, with critical repairs to the structural, electrical, and mechanical systems in addition to new roofing. Phase II involves investigations and upgrades to the original 1910 building seismic deficiencies, roof, and minor interior improvements.
Dykeman worked with the Church Properties Committee, making recommendations and providing costs to present to the Church’s governing body.
