HASCO Marysville Pointe

Marysville Pointe was programmed and designed for 19 family units of 1- 2- and 3-bedrooms in 20,000 square feet.

2- and 3-bedroom units had 2 bathrooms. Designed to meet the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard and a HUD energy-efficiency standard, the building design provided for a full photovoltaic solar array and water-savings above code requirements.

Design services were from eco-charette through schematic design. The project budget was roughly $2.6 million but funding fell through during design and so the project will not be built.
