Petersen Office Building

The Petersen Office Building is a classic adaptive reuse project. DYKEMAN helped the Owner realize his vision of saving a local building full of character, by improving the property and attracting new tenants. The industrial building’s mechanical/electrical systems and technology capacity were upgraded, the façade was updated, site amenities were added, and a tenant improvement was completed.

The Owner had the building partially leased before the DYKEMAN team was commissioned. The new tenant was being displaced from their existing location and had to move quickly. DYKEMAN was able to work quickly and effectively and help the Owner succeed in having the interior space ready for the tenant.
