Planning

Land Use Planning:

• Develop site feasibility studies & study impacts of zoning, land use, traffic & environmental impacts.
• Provide plans, bulk studies & design sketches that maximize the client’s program & property potential.
• Assist client in developing a project schedule with critical activities & milestones necessary for project success.

Land Use Permits:

• Provide leadership, including coordination of required consultants, to obtain Master Use Permits, Design Review & Approvals, Special Property Use Permits, Re-Zones, SEPA & Environmental approvals.
• Work closely with City, County & State Agencies.
• Conduct presentations at Public & Community Hearings.
