Our Process
-
Meet
This is our first introduction to you, your company, and your project needs. We discuss your experience with design, business, goals, and budget.
-
Quote
After collecting as much information we can, our team develops a proposal for the proposed objectives.
-
Start
The project begins. This may involve, depending on the breadth of a project, one to two meetings to re-visit goals, content, brands, marketing plans, and timeline.
-
Round 1
This phase is our first attempt of a visual representation of your project. After a thorough review, we move into revision rounds to further refine the concepts.
-
Revision 1
After carefully considering your feedback, we present our first round of revisions. This phase requires continued thought and speculation on how the concepts communicate.
-
Revision 2
If needed, our team may need to further refine the project at hand. Whether this involves moving in a different direction or pinpointing alterations, a second revision can help improve the ideas at hand.
-
Print/Launch
Since DYKEMAN is well versed in both print and web, it's important we delineate between the two. If a concept has been approved and finalized for print, our team will then collect print quotes from our trusted vendors. If the project requires training and a web launch we may require one or two meetings to ensure appropriate use of web functionality.

Long-term Relationships
The above process is an example of how our designers move through projects. Many of our clients have become long-term partners and continue to come to us for simple updates and new objectives.
