Crystal brings a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, with expertise in career development, strategic hiring, and championing DEI initiatives. At Dykeman, Crystal leverages her multifaceted skill set to oversee business operations, identify potential future project opportunities, and supports the firm’s dynamic and creative staff. A lifelong resident of Everett, she takes pride in witnessing the city’s positive evolution and is energized by contributing to a local company whose work is woven into the community she loves.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys traveling near and far, reading, cooking, crafting, home renovating, gardening, selling real estate, and joining the 6:00am group workout crew most mornings at the YMCA. Her happiest place, however, is the "The Little Cabin" in Northern Idaho, where she spends as much time as possible with her amazing children and large extended family.
