“Unless someone like you cares an awful lot nothing is going to get better.”

— The Lorax by Dr. Seuss
Inspired by architects and urban planners like Jaime Lerner, Nke was born and raised in Accra, Ghana and received her Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
Her main interest is in social architecture, which encompasses the services and resources that allow for the creation of communal bonds and social connections within the built environment and manifest through public spaces such as libraries and community centers, public transportation, and educational work. An active member of the NOMA community she is a two-time NOMA Future Faces Fellow.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching cooking shows and crime television shows, crocheting, and exploring different cuisines.
