In 2011, after more than 60 years in the Fife area, Pick-Quick opened its second location in Auburn.

Pick-Quick No. 2 retains features that are characteristic of the original 1949 brand – counter service, outdoor picnic table dining, and abundant neon signage. The 2,450-square foot-restaurant also includes ample indoor seating in addition to drive-through service.
Because Pick-Quick No. 2 uses only fresh, natural, and local ingredients in its menu offerings, it was important for the Dykeman team to integrate the concept of sustainability into the design of the building as well, targeting LEED® Gold certification.
