Snohomish Station

Snohomish Station is a new development for which Dykeman provided master planning services to cover the entire project and architectural services for the “village” core.

Location

Snohomish, WA

Client

Wakefield

The village buildings range in size from 2,150 square feet to 10,310 square feet, and share a common motif, reviewed and negotiated with the local design review board.

The center is anchored by Fred Meyer, Kohl’s, and Home Depot, and includes nearly 448,000 square feet of retail space along the east side of Bickford Avenue in northwest Snohomish. Snohomish Station is one of the single largest projects in the history of the City of Snohomish. In addition to three new “big box” retail stores for residents in the Snohomish/east Everett market area, smaller retail spaces have been constructed in a lifestyle village area at the center of the development; these will be leased out to retail shops, restaurants, and personal service tenants, including Famous Footwear, Starbucks Coffee, Great Clips, Desert Sun, Robeks, and Bridges Pets.
